Gastronomic proposal

In our gastronomic proposal we are gradually introducing local products according to the season (enhancing the circular economy and avoiding CO2 emissions by reducing transport), ECO or BIO products , such as: sausages from the region, pasta, organic vegetables (lentils) , Bread, fruits and vegetables from local producers (Km0). Healthy desserts made in the hotel itself, using panela sugar and baked with spelled flour. etc..

In the home of your stay at the Hotel El Jou Nature you will enjoy a Full Board service specially designed for the public family, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for children.
We bet on local and seasonal products, ECO, we are also aware that from the restaurant service, we have an important role to contribute to the sustainability of the Hotel El Jou Nature proposal , for this reason:
  • We use recycled paper tablecloths
  • We use osmosis drinking water and not bottled
  • We make compost with organic waste
  • We are heading towards the 0 waste goal, with bulk products, eliminating single-use plastics.
  • We practice policies to avoid food waste
The gastronomic proposal is varied, it is prepared daily in the same hotel and changes at all meals . In our buffet you will find the salad corner where you can make your own salad with different "toppings". A varied proposal of first, second and side dishes to choose from. You will always find multiple options and possible combinations. And the corner of homemade desserts, prepared in the same hotel by our cook specialist in Integrative healthy cooking, a varied and different proposal at each meal.

Our kitchen team is in continuous training to develop new gastronomic proposals and especially to be prepared for the preparation of special menus adapted to food allergies and special diets.

We are committed to a healthy kitchen, not only in the raw materials but also in the preparation of each dish, for this reason:
  • As long as the dishes can be prepared in the oven instead of in the fryer
  • We cook with olive oil
  • We make homemade sauces to dress all the dishes
  • We use textured soybeans in the preparation of our sauces
