How not to get bored on vacation and avoid ending up wanting to go back to norma

Oh, the holidays... Thinking about them puts a smile on our faces... or doesn't everyone? After the first few days when it seems that we all appreciate being able to put the alarm clock aside, sometimes not having a series of defined routines can lead to some discomfort in some people.
Oh, the holidays... Thinking about them puts a smile on our faces... or doesn't everyone? After the first few days when it seems that we all appreciate being able to put the alarm clock aside, sometimes not having a series of defined routines can lead to some discomfort in some people.

And the truth is that when we have children and teenagers in the family, thinking about the holidays can become a little stressful. Having to think about filling in so many hours, for so many days in a row, can become quite a challenge. what will we eat where will we go what will we do Who will we stay with? And tomorrow? And past? And the other?

So that you don't experience this moment as a series of headaches that need to be answered day after day, nor do you arrive at the end of the holidays wishing they were over, we propose a series of "tips" that we hope will be useful to you .

First of all and as the famous Bruce Lee would say: "be water, my friend". In other words, flow, adapt to reality and don't try to resist it. This may seem unimportant, but it is one of the keys to having a few days in peace and harmony. We have to think that not everything has to be 100% planned or have to turn out exactly as we had imagined, but that doesn't mean that what we live is worse.

Being willing to accept changes, listen to the ideas of other family members and value them, can grow our plans and above all our relationship, both with ourselves that we can learn to relativize and increase our doses of patience; as with others. When one feels heard and valued, distances shorten and love, like water, flows.

Another tip that will surely come in handy is: move. If you can, get out of your usual environment, run away from the city and the cement, from the parks you frequent every day, and look for a different "base camp" where you can move in the most literal sense of the word . Walk, run, swim, jump, dance... All these activities that we may not be able to do on a daily basis, generate chemical substances known as endorphins. Endorphins interact with receptors in the brain that reduce stress, pain perception and produce a pleasant feeling of well-being and happiness.

Integrating sports and games into your vacation as one more family activity is sure to improve your overall mood, while also helping to strengthen our bonds with our loved ones. Zipline, zumba, biodance, kayaking, paddle surfing... anything goes!

Let's keep in mind, however, as a third tip, that we don't always have to do everything together during the holidays. We look for times so that everyone can dedicate themselves to what they like the most and to be able to truly disconnect and recharge their batteries.

At our hotel El Jou Nature you can carry out all kinds of proposals, together or separately. We have a team of entertainers and monitoring in the morning, afternoon and evening and a children's playroom for when the young and old want to spend some time separately, and we can recommend visits and tourist attractions close to the Hotel, which you will surely enjoy in family! Freedom is another key factor in enjoying your holidays, so you can choose at any time if you want to join the attractive dynamics that our team has prepared or if you prefer to go your own way.

With these short tips, we predict a holiday on wheels that I'm sure more than one would like to extend!
