Gastronomic proposal

In our gastronomic proposal we are gradually introducing local products (boosting the circular economy and avoiding CO2 emissions by reducing transport), ECO or BIO products , such as: local sausages, pasta, legumes (lentils). bio, Bread, fruits and vegetables from local producers (Km0). Healthy desserts made in the hotel itself, using panela sugar and baked with spelled flour. etc..

During your stay at the Hotel El Jou Nature, you will enjoy a specially designed Full Board service designed for families, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for children.
In our gastronomic proposal we are gradually introducing local products, ECO or BIO, according to the season , such as: local sausages, organic pasta and lentils, Bread, fruit and vegetables from local producers (Km0). Healthy desserts made in the hotel itself, using panela sugar and baked with spelled flour. etc..

However, we are aware that from the catering service, we have an important role to play in contributing to the sustainability of the proposal of the Hotel El Jou Nature , therefore:
  • We use recycled tablecloths
  • We use osmotic and non-bottled drinking water
  • We make compost with organic waste
  • We are heading towards waste 0, with bulk products eliminating disposable plastics.
  • We practice policies to prevent food waste




The gastronomic offer is varied, it is prepared daily in the same hotel and changes to all meals . In our buffet you will find the salad corner where you can make your own salad to taste with different "toppings". A varied proposal of first, second and trimmings to choose from. You will always find multiple possible options and combinations. And the homemade dessert corner, prepared in the same hotel by our chef specializing in Integrative healthy cooking, a varied and different proposal for each meal.


Our kitchen team is in continuous training to prepare new gastronomic proposals and especially to be prepared for the preparation of special menus adapted to food allergies and special diets.

We are committed to healthy cooking, not only in the raw materials but also in the preparation of each dish, so:
  • Whenever possible we prepare the dishes in the oven instead of in the fryer
  • We cook with olive oil
  • We make homemade sauces to season all dishes
  • We use textured soy in the preparation of our sauces
